Call for Papers 2022 – Climate Change and Tamils

Climate Change threatens to unleash more frequent, worsening, and extreme weather events on both traditional Tamil homelands and all other countries where Tamils reside.

The Tamil Academic Journal’s theme for this year’s issue and accompanying conference will be ‘Climate Change and Tamils.’

This call for papers aims to generate research that builds awareness about the impacts of climate change on Tamil-inhabited lands and the potential mitigation and adaptation strategies required to tackle this. It also welcomes any papers that portray a Tamil perspective on the environment.
